I’m Monika M. Grala - Founder & Finance Architect at MG Nexus Solutions.

I help bold founders build finance systems that scale - with calm, clarity, and confidence, from day one to international expansion.

Finance has always been part of my life. I grew up watching my parents build a transport company from the ground up - first with coaches, then trucks - and saw how deeply finance shaped every decision, every day.

That exposure sparked a lifelong interest in how businesses work, and how the right financial structure can support real ambition.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led finance across eight countries, including serving as Group Financial Controller for a fast-scaling software group.

I built and managed a finance shared services centre, led multinational teams, supported acquisitions, and implemented tools that helped the company scale with confidence.

But I’ve also done the groundwork: cleaning up messy books, setting up Exact, QuickBooks and Odoo from scratch, training non-finance teams, and guiding founders through their first VAT submissions, funding rounds, and audit cycles.

That’s why I founded MG Nexus: to bridge the gap between hands-on support and strategic clarity.
