We invoice in EUR or GBP. Prices exclude VAT and depend on the number of entities, countries and the complexity involved.

Design comes first. From there you take one of two routes: Build, if you are starting from zero, or Transform, if you already have a finance team that has outgrown its setup. Either way, the finish line is the same: finance that runs smoothly, month after month.

Build and Transform are two routes, not two steps: you choose the one that fits where you are today. Not sure which? That is what Design is for, or go straight to monthly support. Single-country projects are scoped and priced to match.

Once the structure is in place, we keep it running: books closed on time, numbers you can act on, and senior oversight every month.

Growth adds payroll coordination, a board pack and a rolling cash forecast. Scale adds consolidation, intercompany and transfer pricing, investor reporting and covenant compliance.
Run packages have a six-month minimum term.
